The house is thoughtfully designed with both comfort and style in mind, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy. There are new appliances including washer and dryer, linens and towels are included in your stay as well as a full sized stainless Wilmington Grill for outside cooking and entertainment. The dock offers a covered gazebo with swing and fish cleaning station. One of the highlights of this beach house is its private boat ramp, allowing you to conveniently launch your boat and explore the stunning waterways with room for a boat up to 28 ft, you can easily bring your own vessel and embark on exciting boating adventures during your stay.After a day on the water, you can retreat to the spacious two story cottage with 4 private bedrooms, plus a semi private cove with a coil spring futon, and a pull out queen sleeper sofa, for added guests. Relax with your loved ones, watch a movie, or simply soak in the serene views of the canal from the comfort of the living room, kitchen or covered 400+ sq ft covered patio.Dock & Dunes is ideally located just a short distance from the ocean, making it a breeze to enjoy sunny beach days and take refreshing dips in the Atlantic.
